The Denims

I'm back and talking about something other than American Idol for a change. Here are a few of the things I am taking about:

Marriage Equality advances

Changes at the Wonder Emporium

L.I.F.E. pyramid scheme

and much more!

Your two favorite podcasting prognosticators are back to dissect the Top 4 week of American Idol. The competition consisted of a round of contestants' choices, two duets, and a questionably-handled viewer-chosen theme of "One Hit Wonders." (I voted for that one)!

So, who did we like, and who do we think is going home? Also, what's with the extra week in the broadcast schedule? For our predictions, plus the usual goofy fun you've come to love, listen now!

Never let it be said that Skype problems kept us from producing an episode.

Thanks to listener Edwina Vogel for calling in!

So, who did we like, and who did we think was the train wreck tonight?

Listen and find out!

Tom and I are back again, despite some Skype problems, to talk about the Top 6 finalists of American Idol. Oh, and Tom is up to his usual trouble making. Just listen and you'll see what I'm talking about...

The Top 7 American Idol contestants take on Rock and Roll songs (and no ballads!) Tom and I take on their taking on, plus we discuss "crack juice," juicy grandmas, and other such delicate topics. In other words, all the fun you've come to expect from us. LOL.

Tom was on business and not able to watch the show, so I'm flying solo tonight.

This week's theme was "Detroit Music," which gave the contestants more than just Motown to attempt. Still, every competing song was Motown. Come on, somebody, do some Uncle Kracker!!!!

Anyway, I still talk about who I like, who I don't, and I make my "Bottom 3" predictions.

Not as fun without Tom, though…

Oh, well, there's always next week!

Thanks always for listening!

I stepped in for Ramble Redhead and did my show live in his time slot on Pride48.com. Since it has been a while since I did a show, I decided to catch everybody up. Here's what I talked about:

Teaching a Lent class

My new job at the Wonder Emporium

My new hair color--related to the Wonder Emporium.

Life with my two cats, one of which kept trying to steal the show.

Your favorite podcasting prognosticators are back and ready to critique the Top 9 finalists as they take on songs of the Beatles.

But first, there's the matter of a voicemail from a listener…

This week's American Idol started without Nicki, and I started out without Tom. Coincidence? Nah.

Anyway, we talk about the Top 10 contestants, and neither of us has too much difficulty figuring out our Bottom 3.

We'll see how we did...

Your two favorite podcasting prognosticators are back and better than ever.

Yep, Tom the Ramble Redhead has joined forces with me once again to bring you the American Idol Update for the 2013 season of American Idol.

American Idol is back and cheesier than ever before, and, well, so are we.

We review the performances of the Top 20 and decide which ten are likely to go home and miss out on their Idol dreams--at least for this year.

Who did we like, and who did we want to go home? Listen and find out!
