The Colorado Avalanche are your 2022 Stanley Cup Champions, but where do they rank among Denver Sports lore. Colorado now has had six different teams crowned champions. In 1996 the Colorado Avalanche got the party started by them winning the Stanley Cup, and ever since, the Broncos and the Avalanche have been competing for who can win more trophies.
