In this episode, I talk about biological molecules in the form of carbohydrates. I include monosaccharides, disaccharides and polysaccharides. I also talk about the isomers of glucose, alpha and beta, and other important monosaccharides such as RNA and DNA. Lastly, I talk about starch and the components of starch, ie amylose and amylopectin.
