What are you spreading into the world? Let's spread some kindness and compassion. The world has enough judgment and damnation. 

I believe it's important for us to stand up for what we believe in. Let's make sure we are on the side of truth. Real truth. 

People like to think they are in control of their lives. And they are. But being in control of creating the life you want has nothing to do with controlling external factors. Everything begins within...
