With all the big lead up races completed before the 2021 Tour de France we look at who are the in form riders, and who could be some surprise selections.  Cycling journalists and ultra rider Rupert Guiness joins us after two long weeks in the saddle to raise awareness for mental health.

With the Tour de France only three weeks away, it's good signs for Aussie Richie Porte as he leads the Critérium du Dauphiné with one stage to go.  We also chat about the Tour of Suisse, and Olympic Gold Medalist and Team DSM DS Luke Roberts joins the show to recap the Giro and look ahead towards the Tour de France.  We also chat with Matt White to see how Team Bike-Exchange are shaping up for the lap around France.

We wrap the 2021 edition of the Giro d'Italia as the guys offer up their votes for the best domestique, best team ride and moments of the month.  We also check in with Team Bahrain Victorious DS Neil Stephens to chat about Damiano Caruso's rise to the Giro podium and what their plans are for the Tour de France.

We're all set for a super weekend of racing at the Giro with only two stages remaining to decide who will take the top step in Milan.  Can Simon Yates pull off a Giro miracle and pull back 2 minutes and 49 seconds on Egan Bernal?  We chat with Team BikeExchange's Matt White to find out how Simon is feeling and the plan for the stage.

With three massive stages left of the Giro we chat with Matt White to see how Simon Yates is travelling prior to Stage 19.  We also relive some funny memories from the 2013 Tour of Alberta.  We also chat with Australian Cycling legend Bradley McGee about his career which saw him become the only Australian to lead all three grand tours.

The GC battle is well and truly alive at the Giro after Simon Yates clawed back into 3rd place on the GC, clawing back 53 seconds on Barnal.  TdF commentator Matt Keenan joins the show as we chat with Team BikeExchang Head DS Matt White prior to stage 18.  We also chat with former pro Henk Vogal's to chat about his career and some classic Giro stories from the mid 2000s.

With only five stages remaining in the 2021 Giro d'Italia we look at all the remaining stages ahead to try and ascertain who will finalise the top step in Milan.  Are there any possible chinks in the armour of Egan Bernal and the dominant force of Ineos Grenadiers?  We also fire up the 'Detour DeLorean' and flash back to some bloopers form the 2010 Tour de France.

After an epic stage 16 at the Giro which saw Egan Bernal stamp again his authority on the race, we check in again with Team BikeExchange's Matt White to talk about what happened with Simon Yates, dropping from 2nd to 5th on GC.
