Greg Polley spent the first 10 years of his career working as a federal lobbyist and an aide to a U.S. Senator. He worked on many business policy issues, but ultimately he decided he wanted to work in an actual business.

He first, led and turned around a small family business, where he doubled the size of the company and achieved business health. He then worked in a private equity portfolio company that went public and, finally, was a co-founder of a nationwide managed services startup. 

Greg is now a full-time Implementer with EOS Worldwide.  He works with companies and organizations to clarify their vision, increase accountability and build team health.

Fr. Paul Scalia is a Catholic priest in the Diocese of Arlington, VA. Fr. Scalia studied in Rome at both the Pontifical Gregorian University and the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas and was ordained to the priesthood in 1996. 

He grew up in a large Catholic family and is the son of the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, whose public legacy of rigorous legal reasoning was matched by a private life of devotion to family and faith. That witness of lived Catholicism, combined with a strong sense of duty and service, played an important role in Fr. Scalia’s discernment of the priesthood.

He currently serves as Pastor of Saint James Parish in Falls Church, VA, as well as Episcopal Vicar for Clergy and Director of the Permanent Diaconate Formation Program for the Diocese of Arlington

Sean Glass is a former U.S. Navy SEAL officer and combat leader with 13 years of service and 3 deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Eastern Africa.
