Many individuals are more concerned with what may go wrong than with what could go right. This is because it is simpler to worry than it is to be hopeful.
Overthinking causes you to question everything, and have second thoughts, forcing you to analyze everything. It's simple—if your heart tells you to act, if your subconscious tells you to go for it, stop overthinking and start doing.
