I want to talk about the wobble.
Because nobody warned me about it. And I think that’s a problem .
I travel a lot. And my brain does this thing where it makes sense of everything through real life comparisons. So here’s what I keep coming back to.
A plane doesn’t wobble on the ground. It wobbles because it’s climbing - fighting gravity, adjusting to new air, finding its altitude.
The turbulence isn’t a sign something’s wrong. It’s aerodynamics. It’s physics.
You can’t climb smoothly. No one does.
This is something normal and natural for a first time founder - but really for a first time anything. And your work is not to stop the plane. Your goal is to hold on tight and keep going, until you reach the altitude where things stop feeling so wobbly.
We don’t talk about the wobble enough.
Just start. 🤍
