As I’m feeling a little better today, I thought I would tell you about the writing I’m planning later today and some leisure activities…

A quick update about my mental health and an apology for my absence over the last couple of days, I plan to have a couple more days off so all being well I will talk to you on the 10th...

For once this is not an emergency podcast, I did record it the day it’s released, but I’m just tired and wanted something easy that I didn’t have to think about! Back tomorrow with something more substantial hopefully.
