The Difference

Mental health is a topic that needs to be looked at from different spectrums. Especially because males are required to be strong, not only for themselves but their families and society at large. Is it possible that many of the issues we face in society are caused by the lack of intentional investment in mental health? This is not just for women but also males. To move towards becoming an intentional and healed society, maybe it is high time we had conversations about the areas that are overlooked in society.
