So I'm NOT medically diagnosed but the podcast episode (linked below) that I listened to totally blew my mind! Listen in to today's episode where I share about listening to a podcast episode and after it was done I thought to myself "oh my gosh, I think I might have some sort of ADHD"!

Like I have said in the past and I'll never stop saying it, learning about yourself throughout your entire life is one of the most important things you can do for yourself! Never stop learning about you! You're worth it and deserve to be the best you!

We all have been hearing a lot of:

"being who you are"
"confidence in who you are"
"speaking your truth"
"taking a stand for something"

Those are all great things to live by and work on every day BUT not everyone is at that point. When some people hear those words it's overwhelming to them. Imagine today your walking and tomorrow your not.

It's never too late to be diagnosed! That is one part of the amazing conversation I had with Larissa in this episode. This conversation was truly incredible and is so important for everyone to listen to!

I love Larissa's outlook on being diagnosed at age 50 and how that changed her life, for the better! She now knows why she is the way she is. She now looks back and can reflect on things in her past. And oh my gosh the amount of things she has accomplished in 3 years after being diagnosed is simply amazing!

Well Q is my new best friend... that's for sure! Gosh darn it I love this episode with Quinton (Q) Jones. The stories he brings. He's so easy to listen to.
