The Dirty Kitchen

When you think of suffering, what comes to mind? Pain, uncomfortable, uneasy? What if I told you that when you think suffering, you should think success? The truth of the matter is that those who can suffer the most, handle the most rejection, the most failures, the most pain in the gym. These are the people that become the ultimate success stories in life. You need to be able to suffer your way to success!

On the flip side, have you seen the individual who has the knowledge, has the ability and then leverages that strength to lift up and help others around them? Which would you rather be known for... Take some time today to show people that you TRULY CARE ❤️

If there ever was a “golden ticket” to success in sales, this secret would be it.... Follow up until someone dies! It may seem over the top, or a little extreme when you read that phrase, but as you think a little deeper, and familiarize yourself with the stat that 48% of sales people admit to never following up their quotes. You will realize that with a little extra effort and persistence you are already increasing your chances of closing the deal drastically by committing to your follow up. Try it this week and tell us you don’t start to see results.

Your life will move in the direction of your words.... Is it any coincidence that when we walk into #thedirtykitchen everyday, with a POSITIVE, MOTIVATED MINDSET that we come in and crush our best January since 2008???   Watch your self talk, watch what you say to others and most importantly you! Words are seeds and when you speak something over and over you are planting these ideas into your future.   This is great if you are saying things like you will have your best sales month ever, you will be a great husband or wife, you will find a way to help your struggling family member no matter what it takes...  But the sad fact is most people tell themselves, I don’t have time to workout, I will never get my promotion, the people I live with stop me from going after my dreams. And this is exactly the existence that they live.   Take time today to audit your self talk, and focus on keeping it positive and like us, you will begin to see results ❤️

Isn’t it great when life is easy? Or is it??? Sometimes when you are making moves, pushing hard, innovating and trying new things, taking on new opportunities, things are going to get hard. Waves will come and rock the boat. This is a challenge, but on the other side, greatness awaits you.

Yesterday was awesome, you closed the big deal, lifted your new PR in the weight room, gave your best class presentation yet, made the winning basket in your game... BUT REMEMBER... You are only as good as you’re last at bat. If you show up today, taking it easy because of yesterday’s results, all of the rewards, all of the pride and all of the glory will quickly fade away if you don’t maintain your drive, momentum and effort. If you show up today and fail to produce results, people will quickly forget about your success you achieved in the past. Keep grinding and get after it today ❤️
