Jodi Huisentruit was a promising young television news anchor looking for more out of life when she was suspected to have been abducted in the early morning hours of June 27th, 1995. While stalkers had been a serious problem lately, there had been no immediate warning that she might be in physical danger where she lived.  Police, alerted hours later by Jodie's station coworkers, found clues in the form of scattered personal belongings, and ominously, a shoe and drag marks.  Multiple witnesses came forward and reported seeing a white van parked in the parking lot of Jodi’s apartment complex, along with screams, but the van was never identified...
