One word to describe today’s guest is “overcomer”. This week, we sat down with Marla Bautista of The Bautista Project, Inc. This Army military spouse battled the loss of both biological parents before the age of ten and abuse by a trusted caregiver, followed by homelessness - and won. She’s now a published author, small business owner and philanthropist serving the homeless community in Tampa, FL. Before she could become the woman she is today, though, she had to let go of the past and discard some generational cycles. You don’t want to miss the life lessons she has to share - or the story of how a chance meeting led to the love of a lifetime.
