In this episode I dive back into my hospital discharge papers and reflect on what was possibly the lowest period of my life. I recount the circumstances brought upon by mental illness which saw me admitted to a psychiatric ward, and the follow-up consultation with the psychiatrist who would formally diagnose me with Borderline Personality Disorder.
