In this episode, I am joined by Daphne Swancutt of Daphne Swancutt Yoga! Daphne shares how witnessing the mortality of others in her life has shaped her own way of navigating the aging process. We discuss how we live in an anti-aging culture, and how powerful acceptance can be as we journey through our life's natural cycles and stages. Daphne then shares the beautiful practice of Yin Yoga, which she practices & teaches, and how it has helped her and her students learn to sit with discomfort, slow down, and practice introspection while on the yoga mat . We finish off the episode by discussing how liberating it is to accept and love ourselves at every stage we are in on our life's journey instead of fighting who we are. There is a lot of beautiful wisdom in this episode and we hope you enjoy our conversation! :)
