In today's climate more and more people are driven to purchase from/ with with folks who have their values front and centre - you won't align with all the people in the world but you'll align with the ones that you're going to vibe with that's for sure so don't make it hard for them to get to know you 😎. Keri Jarvis is an Intersectional Feminist, Developmental Coach and Community Activist.

She’s been in business for 10 years, first as the Founder of Do It Like A Mother, a pregnancy and parenting business she sold in 2020, and has been teaching, mentoring and coaching small business owners for 6 years.

She’s a Trustee and active member of All Rise Collective, a group of intersectional feminists who run Community Care Banks for people in Southend who have been impoverished by the Government.

Her current focus is a body of work called Business: But Make It Feminist.

For over 25 years, Helen has worked with individuals and groups, and communities to realise their own potential and to use to change their own lives and their communities. the pandemic forced Helen to pause and take stock and led her to build on all her experience by training as a Self-Belief coach and more recently in Narrative Coaching and November sees the first anniversary of Helen WD Coaching.

Helen helps folk to shift their relationship with self-doubt by uncovering the stories they tell which hold them back and experimenting with new ways of thinking and acting that build self-belief. She does this through one-to-one coaching, workshops, and by hosting The Self-Belief Salon, a private Facebook Community.
