Also, my crock pot mac and cheese recipe:

- 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles - 1 teaspoon onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder - 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup - 1/2 cup sour cream - 1/2 cup mayonnaise - 1/2 teaspoon pepper - 3 cups cheddar cheese - 1 cup gruyere cheese

Just boil the mac ahead of time and throw it all in a crock pot for 2 hours on high (or 3 hours on low).

The cringe is strong with this one. I don't know what I expected when ESPN announced they would be airing UFC events, but I guess it was something like this. 

Nothing like a vivid description of what a kick is. Ugh.

Also, Kevin Hatch missed last week so it's my dad's turn to try to set a Lock of the Week record. Will he do it? We'll see.
