November 5th was a tough day but it’s been better than most. In 2008, I returned from Korea and was in a mass shooting in FT. Hood Texas. Every year leading up to this, I get anxiety because I remember that on November 5th, 2008, i could have lost my life. Rest In Peace to those victims.

RIP Kirk D. You will truly be missed. Today’s podcast I express that you should tell the ones you love and cherish how you feel. You never know when you won’t be able too. Having a skill is super important. Learn something that you can use to further yourself if need be. The world is changing so I’m learning about the levels of consciousness by looking into the bloom of life, fruit of life and so much more. Getting to the basics will help you progress forward.
