The Diverse Dadcast

On last weeks episode I spoke to Gavin Evans from RC Kicks about all things RC, however during our discussion we got a bit side tracked...Why do we work for someone else? Are we getting enough for the value we provide? Does our employer care about us and our future and should more people take a leap of faith to do something they are passionate about?

All very good questions that we ponder this week. NOT RC but this was too good to leave on the cutting room floor.
