This is purely from my heart and creator. Hope you feel what I felt during my meditation.
This episode covers a beautiful realization that I also had, growing up in a Hindu family, I was always told to ask God and to some extent, it is nice that humans believe that whatever they ask for, can be received by them, but the problem arises when this ASK, becomes desperation. Listen to this and get all your doubts clear. Pleas ignore the phone notification in between, I was so guided to share this message that I felt a notification is too small to stop me.
hey hey! I had so much fun while recording this because I could spot my own examples in my mind and resonate so much, I can sense that you will resonate too. Have fun listening to another channeled message.
Lately, I have been thinking that how can I stay unaffected and still speak my truth or express what I truly feel. How can I stay calm but also expresses my pain or my truth?
In relationships, with family, friends, partners, or anyone whom we are close to, there comes a time when you are hurt by what the other person said or did but you also love them so you do not know, if to react or let it go, to stay calm or to set boundaries with that person. This episode will help you get to that answer.
Managing Anxiety and Stress during lockdown is possible with this powerful mind exercise. Understand how your brain works when anxious and learn how to calm your emotions when your external environment is triggering stress. Anxiety is never a cause but a response to something, now we need to understand why our brain has created that response and is it even real or an illusion? Our mind cannot differentiate between what is happening in the present and what is happening in our thoughts. That's why we must treat our mind as a different identity and question everything it believes or it brings us.
