This episode features guest Nandy McClean — a soul remembrance guide, mystic, singer-songwriter, and the founder of Becoming Aligned. Nandy takes us through her journeys of soul searching, awakening, and remembering her true soul self and inward spiritual connection. She also beautifully shares how much she learned during working with the legendary artist Prince, who transmitted much spiritual and artistic wisdom and who embodied much of his own divine feminine in his existence as a human. Prince’s spirit continues to be a source of inspiration and guidance for Nandy today.
Nandy also shares her spiritual journey through a dark night of the soul period and then emerging from it with her clarified soul’s purpose of remembering her divine truth, clarity, centeredness, and power. She now works to help others do the same, each in their own ways. She has also returned to writing and performing music. In the podcast, she plays and sings a powerfully resonant and healing song — one she has yet to release — called “Remember.” Nandy shares her wisdom about mind awakening and heart awakening, and how both together can lead to powerful soul remembrance.
Nandy and Lauren also discuss the importance of quiet and listening to tune into their inner wisdom, as well as the broader topics of the balance of feminine and masculine energies, acknowledging and clearing fear, and everyday practices that can support living from an embodied, aligned space. Nandy offers a wealth of wisdom about how we can all come home to ourselves, in a profound sense.

This episode features Tish and Snooky Bellomo, two visionary artists, entrepreneurs, visionaries, and sisters who founded the legendary Manic Panic shop and vivid color hair brand in 1977 in New York City. This shop was the first punk boutique. It offered their vibrant hair colors alongside accessories, clothing, cosmetics, and, in the early days, records. Tish and Snooky share how they started as teens with only $250 each. Their father had abandoned them at a young age — to reenter their lives decades later and even work for Manic Panic — though their art teacher mother was deeply intuitive and supportive. They also explore how their creative visions have intertwined with their spiritual journeys, which have been part of it all from the beginning.
Tish and Snooky were part of the Andy Warhol scene, and they began their music careers as part of the iconic band Blondie. They discuss the magic of the early punk scene in New York City and how everyone knew each other.
Over the decades, despite the many challenges of being independent, female business owners in the 1970s and today, they have continued to flourish and practice manifesting their lives and futures. They help to reshape and fuel the beauty and aesthetics of whole subcultures while they do it. Just this month, October 2026, Tish and Snooky received the Sally Vendor of the Year Award, a significant honor in the beauty industry. They also continue to perform. Tish and Snooky have refreshing, vital spirits that shine through their lives and this episode.
