Could the book of Job acctually be a parable? Or was it real like everyone says?

From Satan being in Heaven with the other angels to the Dinosaurs getting as big as they are found in the fossel record. Also, I talk about the Sky Ice Dome theory and Noah's Flood. Could the world have had a Hyperbaric Chamber like environment? Could this book be set before the Flood?
