I will also quickly review what little is known about the Hawaii Life Flight fixed-wing air ambulance crash that took place on December 15, 2022 just south of Maui, Hawaii, in a Beechcraft King Air C90A with tail number N13GZ.
Finally, I will also quickly recap the most recent incident regarding REMSA Health's Care Flight fixed-wing air ambulance crash that took place on February 24, 2023, just west of Reno, Nevada, in a Pilatus PC-12, with tail number N273SM.
All 3 of these crashes have left the air ambulance and flight communities with more questions than answers and all 3 crashes have occurred with the same company, Guardian Flight.
