The Calvinist way of viewing salvation is sometimes accused of making people mere robots. When people hear about the doctrine of perseverance of the saints people think that once a saint is saved a saint is always saved so who cares how one lives. In fact, maybe the saints will not care at all about how they live because they are saved. Is this true? Is this really what the doctrine of perseverance really teaches? Please stay tuned to our sermon titled, "Perseverance of the Saints: Overcoming in Christ"

When we speak of the grace of God operating in our redemption is this grace a grace that enables us to believe? If the grace of God helps to believe then the Lord is being gracious. However, does grace merely help us to believe or does it compel us to believe? Does the grace of God renovate or regenerate us in such a way that we will certainly turn unto the Lord? In other words how do we receive the blessings of Christ? Please stay tuned to our sermon titled, "Irresistible Grace: Praise God for His Interruption."

When we think of something being limited we think that it will expire. For instance if you buy something you might have a limited warranty that is used up after one year. Is this how we think of Christ’s work? Do we think that Christ’s work is used up or needs to be refreshed after a certain time? Or does Limited Atonement mean something different? Please stay tuned to our lecture titled, "Limited Atonement."

When we vote for officials we chose them based on their qualifications, and their skills. In our minds we may think that some politicians deserve to be elected because of their particular skill-set Scripture speaks of the saints being elected by God. Are we worthy to be elected by the Lord? Do we have skills or gifts that make us worthy to have this election? Please stay tuned to our lecture titled, "Unconditional Election"

If any of us know anything about history or watch the news we are familiar with how bad man really is. Why is man this way? Is man so bad that he cannot turn unto the Lord in his own strength? Has God withdrawn all grace from man? If God gives man a little grace is this grace enough to enable man to come to Christ? If you have wondered about these things please stay tuned to our lecture titled, "Man’s Total Depravity and Common Grace."

Our conference was held from April 30-May 2. In this lecture we deal with the question, "Why Does Calvinism Matter?" Really, does a Calvinist’s understanding of grace really matter? Is this grace merely a preference or does the calvinist definition of grace radically necessary for salvation? Does this grace help us or does the grace of God overpower us? Do we really need grace? Please keep listening to our introductory lecture as we deal with these questions.
