Howdy y'all. It's been a while since we last chatted on the bench. This episode was a hard one for me to record - and I'm still not sure if it makes any sense. It was extremely therapeutic for me to record and I put a poll on IG asking if y'all wanted to hear it and it was 95% yes so here we go.
