The most important secret to being happy... is to understand that happiness is a choice that you make every day, and a skill that you develop. We must choose to be happy, and then work to maintain it.
It took me a while to figure this out, but eventually, I learned that every ounce of my present experience, both good and bad in my life, at this very moment, is the result of a previous choice I had made.
When we act as if, it creates this dynamic tension in the brain that actively creates motivation, it opens up the reticular activating system to allow more perception in, to see things that can help you to achieve your goal, and it really activates the Law of Attraction.

One single thought that you may have, questioning your own self-worth, can block any chance of success you have. Stop overestimating others and underestimating yourself! You are stronger than you think, and you’re not alone.
If you’re paying attention, there are probably multiple opportunities each year where there’s a problem in front of you looking for a solution - but your brain is so focused on the latest drama in life, you’re sleepwalking right past it.
When we’re working with the Law of Attraction we need to recognize that a wish is not an intention - we may wish someone happiness or wish them a happy birthday, but wishing I’d get big raise this year means nothing!
We wonder why we’re not able to consistently manifest the things and life we desire - and this is it... we’re being autocorrected by the thoughts we’re thinking that are not in alignment with what it is we are attempting to attract.
An ancient sage once said “The pathway is smooth. Why do you throw rocks before you?” Lol… I love that! “The pathway is smooth. Why do you throw rocks before you?” The rocks we throw before us are; fear - - insecurity - - self-doubt - - and hesitation.
Oftentimes a difference-maker sees something in you, which you’re not able to yet see in yourself... chances are, with each of these difference-makers in my life, I had as many flaws as possibilities - but a difference-maker recognizes your possibilities and the focus is on that.
