"Candlemass: 30th Anniversary!"

One of the most powerful and influential bands in heavy metal history is the great CANDLEMASS. In brainstorming bands for Psycho Las Vegas, with the organizer (Thief Presents) we agreed that Candlemass would be a perfect fit for this epic event. In fact, it will be an exclusive North American appearance for the storied Swedish band, in celebration of its 30th anniversary.

This week, Doomed & Stoned catches up with guitarist Lars Johansson to ask about the upcoming visit August 26-28th to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (tix available here: http://psycholv.com). You'll enjoy, I think, his wry take on today's doom scene.

He will be dearly missed.
