For the very first time in history, a black woman has been chosen as the Vice President on a Democratic Party Presidential ticket.  Kamala Harris, the senator from California is now tasked with a double duty, to aid Presidential candidate, Joe Biden in possibly running the country.  And also as a representation of Black women on a global stage.  Isis discusses her thoughts on the pick and how we as voters should respond.

In the first episode of Season 4, Isis talks candidly about how stifling and lonely the role of "leadership" can truly be.  We analyze the concept of leadership versus personality traits and how this blurring can cause one to be trapped into a role they did not sign up for.  If you're seen as the "Leader" of your group, this may be the episode that frees you.
