Closer to home, I also discuss the recent indictment in Philadelphia where 19 individuals were charged in connection with 35 murders. Situations like this force us to ask deeper questions about the systems, environments, and culture that shape these outcomes. Why are we investing so much into destruction while neglecting the things that actually build people up?
