Dr. Derrick Gay is an internationally recognized consultant to businesses, educational, arts, and philanthropic organizations around the world regarding issues of diversity and inclusion.

His work has been featured in the New York Times, NPR, and The Washington Post, and Derrick spoke at our annual conference this Fall in Washington, DC. He’s also a consultant to Sesame Street! Later this year, Derrick will be hosting a deep-dive workshop with EMA for enrollment professionals on June 9th, 2020 in LA.
