Doug is joined by Frank Simme to announce their next challenge of running 100 miles with a 20 lb weighted vest to raise awareness for mental health through the “WHAT’S YOUR WEIGHT?” campaign. The goal of this challenge is to inspire people to do hard things and to also identify the weights they carry in life that they are not designed to carry such as anxiety, depression, addiction, comparison, suicidal ideology, and more. This race will take place Dec. 7th outside Austin, TX at the “Run Your Race” ultramarathon hosted by Steve Weatherford and Pierce Showe.
