Doug continues the flounder conversation and also hits on foggy weather stories, hunting geese, golfing handicaps and reminiscing about his youth.

Doug briefly touches on the Astros sign-stealing scandal before flounder discussion takes over the show for the rest of the day. Frequent guest Brian Treadway calls in to share his flounder knowledge, then Doug hands out some fishing advice, talks about cormorants and hits on some golf and remembering NOT to compare yourself to PGA players to wrap things up.

No excuses to NOT go fishing, a good friend of Doug's calls into the show, farms and ranches, getting kids involved in the outdoors, deer poaching, and Major Brent Satsky from Texas Parks and Wildlife joins the show in the second hour.

Doug focuses on the proposed Redfish bowfishing law that may or may not go into effect for most of the show, with other topics like career day at his sons school, scaring away bears, animal encounter stories and more.

Cormorant birds dominate the first hour of discussion, specifically how much Doug dislikes them and how to deal with them when they are bombarding your property.

Doug keeps on with the bird discussion, but switches gears to explain when and when NOT to bring a hunting dog with you and for what types of birds it’s okay to do so. Things wind down with a PGA update, the end of Duck season and a snake venom conference in Houston.

Doug starts off on the end of hunting season, charitable giving and trout restocking for most of hour one to get things started.

In the second hour Doug focuses a lot on snakes and snake bites thanks to a caller chiming in with a story about someone being bitten by a rattlesnake. Other callers jump in on the discussion throughout the hour.

During the final hour Doug hits on a few fishing topics and does a ticket giveaway by questioning the knowledge over a handful of topics.
