In this episode, SloMo and Forte discussing their experiences with Genshin Impact, Rogue Company, Destiny 2 and the need to get games off their backlog. They went on to discuss Digital Foundry's analysis of Dirt 5's three modes, Spider-Man: Miles Morales details and some gameplay revealed, Xbox Series X/S backwards compatibility features, and what they are looking forward to in next generation.

Episode #5 featured Forte and SloMo discussing the PlayStation 5 Hands-On Preview, which was curiously in a controlled environment. The dust up between Bloomberg Investigative Reporter, Jason Schreier, and Influencer, Parris. As well as the rumored Xbox October Event and the games they've been playing. 

In today's episode, Forte and SloMo discuss the various Xbox Series X hands-on impressions from that showed gamers the improved load times on current generation games, and the new feature 'quick resume'.  They also went on to discuss Pre-orders for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X getting canceled, CD Projekt Red going back on their word when it comes to mandatory crunch within their studio, Demon's Souls gameplay demo analysis by Digital Foundry, and whether Bethesda's games will be available on PlayStation 5. 

In today's episode, SloMo and Forte discuss the historical acquisition of ZeniMax Media (Bethesda) by Microsoft. They discuss what this means for the future of Xbox and GamePass, as well as what this means for Sony and Playstation 5, or if Sony needs to make a counter move at all. 

In the second episode of The DPS Podcast, SloMo and Forte begin by talking about the games they've been playing. The talk moved onto their PlayStation 5 Showcase Predictions and their final predictions on the price of the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Digital. Their discussion continued to a rumor that PlayStation 5 production was in trouble, and Sony's response to this these rumors. This shifted to a discussion of a similar rumor and denial, but this time about Microsoft reacquiring Bungie and much more vague denial by Bungie's CEO. At some point, the Microsoft acquiring Bungie discussion turned into whether it would be good for either company, Halo, and Destiny. 

This is the inaugural episode of THE DPS PODCAST. Your co-host are Gaming Forte and SloMoBackSlap. They've been podcasting together on various other shows for two years now, and finally decided to do a duo podcast together on their respective Youtube channels. The podcasts are streamed live on Youtube every Tuesday at 9PM EST. 

In the first episode, SloMo and Forte discuss the initial leak and eventual confirmation of the Xbox Series S, as well as the price and release dates of both the Xbox Series X and S. The discussion continued in regards to whether the Xbox Series S was a great deal or not, and when gamers would finally receive similar information from Sony about the PlayStation 5. 

The show ended with a discussion on whether they were jumping right in on the Nvidia GPUs, or waiting until they see what else is in store or what AMD has to offer. And of course, the games they are currently playing.
