    Dr Jonas uses the new microphone again, hopefully blocking out the feedback and fuzz this time.  He introduces the business of the week:  S & S Technologies in Centerville, OH and thanks owner Steven L. Stratton for his generosity.     Using a new microphone, Dr Jonas, your host, discusses Back to School issues seen by Family Physicians, in Ohio.  After reflecting on August and September in the office, he gets philosophical (no surprise) about the role of the Family Physician including some comments about clinical decision through the patient-physician "human" relationship. He floats through a few Tweets on Twitter before reading part of the AFP Community blog by Jennifer Middleton, MD about the role of the Family Physician. At the end he plays the banjo a few notes and sings parts of a couple songs he wrote as a way of testing the new microphone. Check it out. .
