Therefore, in January 2015, she became the Founder and CEO at Consult Ayanna, where she provides hands-on personal and professional consulting services and training, is a motivational speaker, and an author. Her most recent publication, “The Empty Chair: Sitting with Forgiveness”, is a memoir and self-help book in which Ayanna shares her personal story and offers readers practical strategies to implement during their own journeys to forgiveness. In addition, Ayanna has recently expanded her business internationally to places such as, Ghana. In the past, she has also been called upon to moderate important discussions on topics such as, community and police relations.
