For a long time, I thought this season was about the relationships, experiences, and choices that hurt me.

But underneath all of it was something deeper.

It was about the versions of me who believed love had to be earned, begged for, held onto, or survived. The woman who kept trying. Kept hoping. Kept staying, until she understood that holding on was costing her more than letting go.

This reflection is not about judging who I was then. It is about seeing her differently, honoring what she carried, and recognizing how much courage it took to finally choose herself.
