The Dragonfly is a sleep meditation for kids (great for adults too). Its aim is to promote sleep. This meditation also encourages children to note emotions and explores how to manage big emotions like anger and sadness.   Adapted from Green Child Magazine. Spoken by Maryanne Eve.
