Prophetic, bad omen,  or announcement of blessings to be received?  Have you had any of those dreams that will get you out of bed dancing or...send you to a dark place of worry and fear?
In this episode, Ileana and Ebby Salinas talk about the so-called premonition dreams.  Those dreams we perceive as an announcement of things or events to come true in our waking hours.  Some of them are good, others are upsetting, especially when they have to do with our loved ones.  Ebby shares her experience with what could have been a traumatic, life changing event that presented itself in a dream and how to reframe the emotions and thoughts about its outcome in "real life".

This is a short segment to give you easy steps to help you recall your dreams and understand their messages.
Recall your dream as soon as you wake up when the impressions and emotions are still fresh in your memory.  You can write on your dream journal or use the recording app on your phone if you are pressed for time.  Whichever way you do it, what is most important is to NOT OVERTHINK or try to analyze at the same time you are recording or writing.

Here are the steps:
1.  Start with the story line.  What happened?  How did the events turned out?
2.  Take note of how did you feel through the dream.  What emotions did you go through?
3.  Faces and Places:  Do they feel familiar?  Who do you see or recognize? What clues tell you where are you in place and time?
4.  Symbols:  These can be anything:  colors, animals, signs, numbers, events...What did you see and what does it mean to you?
5.  Point of view:  Who are you in the play?  Are you a witness or a player in this story?
