In todays episode, I’ll share a thought about what it means to be a good receiver. I think we all know how to give but how to receive might be a little more difficult. The advantage we have at Christmas time, is that there is plenty of opportunities to learn how to be both!

In this episode, I’ll share a favorite thought from another classic Christmas move…A Charlie Brown Christmas…and how important it is once we learn what Christmas and life is really all about to share it with those around us, those trying to understand what’s missing from their life and why happiness seems to be eluding them. Christmas wouldn’t have changed for Charlie Brown, had Linus not been able to tell him what he did.

In today’s episode, I’ll share a favorite Christmas thought from the 1970 classic TV movie, Santa Clause is Comin to Town. It’s a thought at the center of what Christmas is all about, a thought about how to really change. If the winter warlocks icy heart can melt than so can ours at times and others as well…we just need to be reminded of how.

In today’s episode, I’ll introduce you to Fred Clause, Santa’s older brother…bet you didn’t know Santa has an older brother. In this classic Christmas movie we’re taught a valuable lesson about how Christmas or more Christ can help us to look at each other. To see each other for what we can become, instead of all that we are not. To see the best in each other, instead of the worst…to understand why there are no naughty children.

In this Christmas edition Episode, I’ll share the true story of World War 2 Navy Sailor Lee W. Maloy and the Christmas Miracle he experienced while at see making his way home to the United States on Christmas Eve in 1944. A story that perfectly illustrates exactly what Christmas or more Christ can do, even between the worst of enemies.

In today’s Christ-Mas episode…I’ll discuss the value of a simple true selfless act and what can happen as a result of it. It’s a concept taken and taught powerfully in the movie Klaus on Netflix. It has become one of my most favorite Christmas movies for me and my kids because of how it inspires us to be better. In today’s episode, I’ll also announce our Christmas project that we’ll be doing to reach as many people as we can with a Christmas message of hope, of appreciation and of love.

In today’s episode I’ll share one of my most favorite principles about Christmas and how to get the most of Christmas, by letting go of what Christmas isn’t. Unbeknown to the Grinch, by removing all that Christmas wasn’t, he helped bring about all that Christmas was. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves at Christmas time is less not more.
