In Episode 10, Tucker shares the latest news regarding the app and how he’s using it in his own business. He then covers the latest updates we’ve made in the app as well as future enhancements were currently working on. Thanks to some great user feedback, we’ve prioritized several enhancements that should make the functionality of the app a much better experience for our users.
In Episode 9, Tucker first discusses the future subscription model update as well as pricing and how this benefits users and allows us to continue enhancing the app. He then talks about manually updating the app in the App store, to see any current updates and updates we release in the future. Not every user has their phone settings setup to allow auto-updates so you may need to update manually if you’re not seeing the latest changes. He then discusses how it’s become necessary to constantly expand your lead universe by continuing to drive for dollars. In his own business, they’re driving new areas on a weekly basis to create new marketing lists and rapidly expand the area they’re marketing to. This is a great way to stay ahead of your competition and ensure you have a constant intake of new leads.
In Episode 8, Tucker discusses the strategy of building Driving For Dollars lists around your current projects. This is a great way to market to other potential sellers in an area that you already know well and want to do deals in. Its also a warm lead in to be able to say that you’re already in their neighborhood, which automatically puts you in the safe zone. We use this strategy all the time and it’s worked very well for us. Tucker then explains the Property Preview Feature in the app that allows you to ensure that you dropped a pin on the correct property by being able to view the Google Street view of each property before saving your lists.
In Episode 7, Tucker discusses the strategy of building Driving For Dollars lists in the exact areas that you want to be in. If you want deals in high end areas, then drive those areas, create those lists, market to them and that’s where you will get deals. Its that simple. Don’t let this business take you to areas where you don’t want to operate. Go to where you want to be! Additionally, Tucker explains the App Location Cursor and how you can use the to lock the screen on your location, or unlock it to browse the area around you.

He explains why you need to consistently mail to these lists over time and why they’re the best marketing assets in the long-term success of your real estate investing and house flipping business. He then explains the “Favorite” feature in the D4D App and how this allows you to specifically target the very best leads in all your lists. He then explains how you’re able to export just the Favorites list into an excel file to target these leads specifically and use better marketing to do so.
In Episode 5, Tucker discusses the types of leads you can expect to get from the driving for dollars lists that you create. He goes into several examples of D4D leads that may also end up on certain generic lists you can run as well as leads will be more based on timing and more of a long-term play. He then goes into a D4D App tip of how you can have multiple users share one account across both Android and iTunes platforms. If you have a large team and each person wants to create lists in the app, they can do so under one user account, so you can see all the lists being built in real-time.
In Episode 4, Tucker discusses future enhancements to better keep track of areas you’ve driven and then talks about how we currently segment our market in order to stay organized with different D4D areas that we drive and market to. He also discusses how were currently marketing to phone numbers and how this is another marketing layer to build brand equity and generate more lead flow in your business.

He breaks down the opportunities that are available in lower priced areas as well as higher priced areas and what the potential can be from an end project perspective. He then goes into a quick user tip about saving your lists often so you don’t lose any pins that you’ve dropped. This is just like saving your work in Word or Powerpoint. You want to save your work as you go and before you exit the app.
