I built a career around understanding how to identify drug abusers. Once you are trained, it is fairly easy to find the most tolerant drug user. For police, the skill of drug abuse recognition is paramount in conducting their daily duties. Keith was the Narcotic Officer of the Year for the State of California and now teaches law enforcement and business how to detect drug abuse and current drug trends.
