When I started creating this week's podcast, I really wanted to reflect on how I am really taking care of myself during this pandemic. For you all as listeners, I am curious how are you managing these days too. I going to take you all on my weekly journey outdoors to find balance, but I am also going to reevaluate what I may need to adjustment to enhance or create more peace of mind.

In today's episode I want to talk about my experience in the early childhood education field and exploring nature.

When I think about the words travel and nature, I automatically think about road trips. However, my memories are flooded with endless road trips across the country from childhood to adulthood.

When I think about food and nature my mind begins to wonder about the taste of local farmers market produce or my very own backyard garden vegetables. If you recall in Episode 1, I mentioned the first time I ate a cucumber from my neighbors backyard garden. If you want to hear more about my garden experience just listen to this podcast episode.

This week, I want to take you all on a fashion outdoor adventure, but the reality is I love a good outfit and a theme. Let's reflect on my initial podcast when I mentioned my first camping trip. Remember how I wasn't sure what to wear, while camping. "Should I wear a flannel, jeans, make up...."
