Max Lugavere: His Instagram is filled with great information and his book Genius Kitchen is my favorite recipe book and it's very informative nutritionally. He has an incredible podcast where he dives deeper into topics.
Dr. Eric Berg: His Youtube channel is one of my favorites. He talks about insulin, egg intake, and has a wide variety of topics you can jump into with your nutrition. Here is his egg video on why you should eat eggs everyday.
