• Does best when things are changing 
• Opt into a project and then opt out when your work is done 

Blind spots:

• Other people can be confused by how you think - sometimes you need to explain yourself
• Sometimes arrangers can take over and not realize it 

If you know an arranger…

• They like challenges 
• Make great supervisors or managers 
• They will figure out how to get things done regardless of the obstacles
