There seems to be some that have it harder than others, and some seem to live from crisis to crisis or even in a perpetual run of hardship, and they always seem to be fighting something. It is naive to consider that those who get the quiet life are 'blessed' by God and in His favour, and those who always go through things are not favoured by God, because that is a religious and broken idea that makes us believe God has favourites based upon our ability to be 'good' and not rock the boat.
