Mike McKinnon is a native of Flora, Illinois. After leaving higher education, Mike opened McKinnon Travel Services. Eileen Appelbaum is Co-Director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research, Washington, DC, Fellow at Rutgers University Center for Women and Work, and Visiting Professor at the University of Leicester, UK. Paul Craig Roberts is an American economist, columnist, blogger, and former civil servant.He was the United States Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Economic Policy under President Reagan in 1981.From 1975 to 1978, Roberts served on the congressional staff.
