This show is more about the process we use to remove negative energy rather than just caregiving! The feeling is rarely spoken about, and our programing culture is not receptive to these feelings because you “should” be focusing on your goals.  Many of the techniques and approaches to shame don’t work because they are just more programing!  We have a truly useful way to overcome these feelings. 

You can’t fix a problem you don’t understand and when you are working with energy, naming the energy specifically is the key to removing it and being free of it.  Most people when working with energy are too generic and vague and as a result are not effective removing that negative energy.
