  • EP 40 - Just Do It

In this episode Connor and I get into a discussion about the idea of procrastination and how it can impact the way you live your life. We discuss the idea of getting things done NOW, and how putting things in your schedule will allow you to be significantly more efficient; they say, if you want something done quickly give it to a busy person. We also talk about the topic of inner battles and the conflicts that can arise mentally from these - but also how you have the control of thinking positively or negatively in the situations that you are faced with. The mind is a very powerful thing. Forcing yourself to be positive and take positivity away from every situation that you face is something that takes practice and dedication, but can go a long way in the strength that you pose as an individual.
