  • Season 2 Episode 26 Epic Endurance with Guest Bryan Gillette
Here is what we are going to learn from Bryan on this adrenaline rush episode:
As a lifelong endurance athlete, he has cycled across the U.S., completed a 300-mile ride in one day, and finished many 50- and 100-mile ultradistance runs. At age 47, he ran 205 miles around Lake Tahoe–8 back-to-back marathons—in 76 hours with 90 minutes of sleep.
"After finishing an ultra-endurance marathon which involved running 205 miles around Lake Tahoe (8 marathons back-to-back) and pushing my own limits, I wanted to understand how others in both sport and business do the same. So, I interviewed 100 high-performing business leaders and ultra-distance athletes to see how they achieve extraordinary results and took their life and career to another level.
Then I wrote about my findings in my recently released book, “EPIC Performance: Lessons from 100 Executives and Endurance Athletes on Reaching Your Peak”

  • Season 2 Episode 24 Calling ALL Parents with Kim Muench Certified Parent Coach
One of the greatest parenting challenges moms and dads of 18-25-year-olds come to me with is setting boundaries.
Do you struggle with this too?
When boundaries are too strict, there is pushback. When there are no boundaries, parents often end up feeling resentful or taken advantage of.
Do you want to learn how to set effective, confident boundaries with the teen or young adult in your life?
    Meet our Guest Kim Muench.
"In my journey to redefine my role as a mom who would guide, instead of trying to control my kid’s choices and behavior, one who would work hand-in-hand with them instead of trying to dominate the relationship, I was led to research dozens of parenting, self-discovery, and personal growth books and courses. My quest prompted me to return to college to finish a degree in psychology, and it led me to an internship where my greatest responsibility was supporting and encouraging other parents who had teens in outpatient addiction treatment."
Don't miss this AMAZING Episode. This week is for all our parents! Thank you, Kim, for joining us.
